David Heath   –   President Heath Industrial Auction Services, Inc.
David brings over 25 years of experience in providing auction services to business and industry. His experience began decades ago ago as a sheet runner on the auction floor and has culminated in his running the auction company that bears his name. Along the way, David has established himself as provider of innovative solutions and a pioneer in bringing technology into the auction arena. He is regarded as a respected leader in the development and implementation of internet technologies to expand the boundaries for the marketing and selling of business assets at auction. In addition, David has been an advisor to numerous auction companies, called upon to assist with projects from coast to coast.

Thomas Mowery   –   President Heath Industrial Appraisal Services, Inc.
Thomas has been involved in the auction industry for over 25 years. Thomas brings a high level of expertise to the financial aspects of the auction process, from budgeting, sales, finalization and reporting. His experience covers everything from the marketing of business assets and machinery, to historic and classic automobiles. Through the years, he has worked with hundreds of lenders and secured parties to protect their interest and ensure the proper liquidation of their collateral. Thomas is a graduate of the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stephen Stabiner – Director of Appraisal Services
Steve is a Certified Senior Appraiser (CSA) with the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America (EAANA) and a Certified Equipment Appraiser (CEA) with the Association of Machinery & Equipment Appraisers (AMEA). He has also served on the Board of Directors of the AMEA and Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA) and is currently USPAP compliant, having been recertified in 2010.
With over twenty-five years experience in the appraisal of all types of industrial machinery and equipment, as well as being a licensed auctioneer in several states, Steve brings an unparalleled wealth of knowledge to Heath Industrial. He has completed appraisal assignments throughout North America, and recently in Brazil, Taiwan and Mexico.
During this time, he has been invited to participate as a speaker at numerous conferences, and conducted seminars with financial institutions, on the subjects of asset valuation and lender’s issues.
